Let’s get started!
First, please tell me a bit about you and your pet. Fill out the form below. We will then meet either virtually or in person and I will learn all about your pet and your family.
Along with photos and videos you have, I will write a biography— a story, a tale—about your pet and your family. You will have an opportunity to review it.
Read, keep, and share. When your pet’s tale is complete, I will post it on the My Pet’s Tale website for friends and family to read and see – forever.
The price is $99.
